Hi purplekaycee http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png

I used the website "Can you run it?" to get you the requirements (minimum and recommended) of all the games you listed. Here they are:

Witcher 2: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/the-witcher-2-assassins-of-kings/11073/?p=r
Witcher 3: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt/12446/?p=r
Battlefield Hardline: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/battlefield-hardline/12479/?p=r
Grand Theft Auto 5: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/grand-theft-auto-v/12455/?p=r
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/call-of-duty-advanced-warfare/12228/?p=r
Far Cry 4: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/far-cry-4/12380/?p=r
DyingLight: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/dying-light/11912/?p=r
NBA 2k15: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/nba-2k15/12322/?p=r
Assassin's Creed Unity: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/assassin-creed-uniy/12370/?p=r

The issue here is your CPU, which looks pretty low for the build you have. You don't even meet the minimum requirements (CPU sided) for some games like DyingLight, The Witcher 3, etc. In other words, new games.

Can you post a Speccy screenshot so I can see at least what CPU you have?

Follow the instructions below to download and install Speccy, then to publish a snapshot of your system information:

Download and install Speccy (https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download/standard) from Piriform (the download will start automatically a few seconds after clicking on the Speccy link);
Note: You can opt-out the Google Toolbar installation if you want;
Once Speccy is installed, launch the program and give it a good minute to load all your system information;
After that, click on the File menu in the top left corner, and select Publish Snapshot;
A window will appear asking you to confirm your decision to publish a snapshot. Click on Yes;
A new window will appear after, with a URL link to your snapshot. Click on Copy to Clipboard button to copy that URL to your clipboard, then paste it in your next reply and post it;

Am about to get a gtx 960 install ed am not just sure of the processor
Which is a dual core 2.60 ghz

@aura plz I need advice from Ɣ☺ΰ on the minimum configurations for a Cpu to buy
To play current games as mentioned
Above and some to come example COd black ops 3

It's important to keep in mind that if you get a monster card like a GTX 960, but have a crappy CPU, you're going to be in for a lot of trouble. The CPU won't be able to keep up with the GPU if this is the case, causing the GPU to run at a reduced rate, which in turn keeps you from getting the full power out of your card.

I've had this issue for a while where thanks to my CPU, my card would only use half of my VRAM. After I've upgraded it's using all 4 GBs and seems to run at much higher clock speeds.

Never cut down on your CPU, it's one of the worst things you can do.

I am not sure about being able to run on a E5300. I doubt it'd run well. I have a i3 and can handle all these games but I have to run them at low settings. You can check youtube for people running these games on a i3. I would suggest to get an i5 though.
