Mobile based OCR app

I'm looking to develop OCR based mobile app where clicked image from camera gets converted into text.

Please suggest how to do that or any pointers to SDK documentation.

And, of course, you've got the option to sent the pic to you own app server running Windows or Linux or whatever, use that to do the job and return the text found.
