Hello everyone.

I'm new to this site but need your help. I have a new computer from CyberPowerPC. The computer is great, if not for the random restarts. No blue screen of death though. Sometimes it even freezes, becoming completely unresponsive (keyboard, mouse doesn't work, have to force it to shut down by holding down the power button).

I've updated the drivers for the BIOS, chipset, graphics card to the newest drivers available on the manufacture's web site.

I have tested the RAM by only inserting one at a time and also have run the Memorytest86 with no problems found. The issue still occurs.

I even reloaded the computer multiple times, installing both Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Here is some info about my computer:

Thank you.
