Hi guys

Is it possible for microsoft access to create this inventory stock card?

So each time a car is rented out, we will input the the date and also the mileage when they return the car.

Not sure if you have found a solution to your question, but the short answer is yes. How familiar are you with setting up a database (tables, forms, etc?)

I studied for 1 semester during my degree course. Might need a lot of help with this.

Looking at your OP, if that is a fair representation of the amount of data you wish to store, using Access is a bit like taking a sledgehammer to crack a nut. Have you considered using Excel or a similar spreadsheet ?

Unless you are operating a very large number of cars it would be perfectly easy to set up a spreadsheet with one page per car and columns for the data you want to store. Assuming that you want to run some analysis on this data as well as merely logging it that too should be easy enough in Excel.
